Napa Valley 2009

For my birthday, I was treated to a trip to the Napa Valley of California with my best friend. Napa Valley is located north of San Francisco, and is known for its wine industry. The grapes were just beginning to ripen in early August when I was there, and combined with golden hillsides, late summer flowers, and the typical California landscapes, we had a few nice days of photography in Napa and nearby Sonoma Valley, along with drives along the coast. This gallery highlights some of the images shot during my trip to Napa in August of 2009.
