Four "baby" owls that had hatched in May were present at the restrooms of one of the campgrounds in Denali National Park when we visited in August 2006. These owls were very photogenic, and practically ignored the presence of tour buses who dropped off their passengers to use the facilities... Many of the shots in this gallery are of those birds.
