Thanks again for these shots ! I live in western North Carolina and I reconize many of these plants from this area ,I am about 30 miles south of the Great Smokie Mountain national park' We have a climate here simalar to parts of SE Alaska thanks to the terrain,but we also have many subtropical varieties of vegetation,magnolia for example.Have you seen magnolias growing anywhere in Alaska,could they be grown?I would love to know more about the flora of Alaska,particlularly of the panhandle and south central.Any sources you can recomend?
