Writing on Stone Provincial Park

This is a historical park in the province of Alberta Canada. It really is stuck in the middle of nowhere. These are all sandstone formations that run for about 2 or 3 miles along the Milk River in southern Alberta. It is about an hour and half drive from the nearest largest center which is Lethbridge, Alberta. It has historic significance to the native Indians where their ancestors had scribed certain things into the walls of the sandstone. Unforetunately, many people have since done their own etchings into these that really take away from it.

It is really worth the visit if you are in the area.
