Softboxing your units is a great way to get nice even light that does not leave harsh shadows or hot spots on your subjects faces. I swear by the Quantum lighting equipment and it is a very good compliment to the other equipment that I have. For a mobile solution, it is hard to beat. Add the pocket wizards to all of your lighting and you can fire studio, 580's and Quantum lighting all at the same time.
