Excellent, got a big smile! I thought the flash mark highlighted the effect.

I love this shot. Perhaps shooting at an angle and using a diffuser bounced off the ceiling would help.

My preference for flash images is to bounce the light off of the ceiling. Indirect light always gives me the best exposures. In addition, some angle as suggested is helpful.

Great shot - made me smile. Shooting at a 45-degree angle to the screen and using a polarizer may reduce some of the glare.

Very cute. As far as reducing the glare, bounce flash would reduce the size of it a bit, but to eliminate it you would most likely have to move the camera or flash to a different position left or right.
