Cumberland Falls State Park Kentucky

Cumberland falls was formed by running water erosion of sandstone under conglomerate rock. It is said that the falls has moved upstream over 40 miles since it was formed. It is the only falls in the western hemisphere where on a night of the full moon, a moon-bow can be seen. Its normal size is 65' high by 125' wide and is located in south central Kentucky.
