This is an ancient center of Islamic learning on the subcontinent and it has these great half ruined shrines. When considering whether to go to Pakistan or Nepal this summer, seeing the pictures of Uch weighted heavily in Pakistan's favor. I felt a bit silly travelling all this way to see these four or five ruined shrines, but, what the hell. Life is short and there are a lot of shrines to see.
