So about 20 km north of the Ghanian border in Burkina Faso is this town called Tiebele. A little village actually. It's made it on to the tourist circuit by virtue of the way the chief's compound is painted. It's quite nice. It was the first place I went after Ouaga. I stayed in Po, as shown in the Po gallery and then recruited a guy named Dominic to take me out there on his motorbike one day. It was very nice and one of the highlights of the trip. It's a bit touristy, but what isn't any more, so maybe it's not even worth pointing out that something is a bit touristy.
