Well, it was nice, though I have to say I was not terribly impressed with the ruins/temples. There are only a few of them, they are nice, no doubt, but after imagining it for so many years, to finally get there and see them, well, I don't know. Among our group, I was the only unimpressed. So, maybe I'm just a bitter old man.

The town of Siem Reap is very nice, though. Good food, good hotels, nice roads, good tuk tuks, or whatever they call them in Cambodia. Spent a nice day or two riding around in the countryside on bicycles. A couple solo trips, a couple of trips with the gang.
