I was very surprised by how developed Saigon is. It has some gruesome slums, no doubt, but the downtown area reminded me a little of Singapore -- which, as we know, is one of my favorite cities.
You just have to photograph Citroens wherever you come across them.

Can anyone help me to find a pic of a street child (cambodian girl in Ho Chi Minh)I saw it in web but I don't remember the site. I will give a description about it. It is a pic of a cambodian girl (maybe 7 years old) she is having a fork in her mouth and the photo is very heart breaking. If anyone sees it email it to me to slperera@yahoo.com the web link is enough. I am grateful if anyone can find it for me. This was website of a journalist (possibly a female).
