This is the Sarajevo Central Library, my friend. The roof has been rebuilt - thanks to financial aid by the Federal Republic of Austria - the rest is still rotten. This fine building was shelled by Serb forces during the war and its reconstruction takes time, money and will not be completed before 2010 or so. The cabbie who called this parliament must be pretty dumb.

But I'm quite sure it is the famous Libriry, set on fire by the Serbs.
