Assassin Bugs locate prey with sensitive antennae, then stealthily advance on and dispatch them using raptorial forelegs and a stout rostrum. They are well camouflaged in their surroundings, with some even masquerading as twigs (Thread-legged Bugs) and others as flowers (Ambushbugs).
