Richardiid Fly, Epiplatea sp. (Richardiidae: Epiplateinae)

Yasuní National Park, Prov. Orellana, Ecuador

Richardiidae is a mostly neotropical family, that is also represented by a few species in the southern United States. This Epiplatea was feeding on monkey feces alongside some micropezids.
