It's All About Katter

When we drove up to the little wide spot in the road....
officially known as Monse,Washington, we were headed there to follow up
on a newspaper story that detailed an entire "Ghost Town For Sale".
After we had arrived and taken our little tour of the charming old town site,
it became ever so apparent, that the real story in this little town was all about
our host for the day, Katter (pronounced Kay-tor). A real live character straight
out of the wild wild west...

On this day, we drove back through the little town, just to check on our
favorite ex-rodeo cowboy, Katter. We found him hard at work,
doing landscaping work on one of the "for sale" properties.
The time that we were there with Katter absolutely flew by,
and as we were driving away, we couldn't help but feel blessed
for having had the opportunity to witness this man's amazing life
and hear his equally amazing stories...

So, there you have it... the Town of Monse, Washington is still for sale...
but this gallery is all about Katter... he's as real as they come.
