Mt Adams pokes its head above the clouds. Mt. Adams is the second highest peak in Washington State. The Hut in the foreground is a stone shelter used by RMI (Rainier Mountaineering) to house paying clients. RMI has a monopoly on guide services on this side of the mountain. Many people in the climbing community would like to see this change.
