Pumpkin Pie

My sister and her husband made the drive to the east
side of the mountains today....

This was their reward.... pie, ribs, scratch buttermilk
biscuits, corn on the cob, and garden fresh veggies...

My mother used to make them from Grammas (a type of pupkin). they were wonderfully spiced and I loved them. Beautifully captured, takes me back I can say.
