Citheronia regalis - Hickory Horned Devil (no longer in mass!)

Raised from eggs obtained from a female in Pennsylvania. This species once occurred in Massachusetts but has not been seen in the state for at least 25 years.

i see this caterpillar has not been seen in 25 yrs but i have a pic of one on my celphone i run across in the woods and i live in westvirgina
