This is strangely appealing. The centering of the subject works well with her expression, which in turn goes very well with the busyness of the city all around her. The colour of her sweatshirt really harmonises with the background, as well as those weird red things in the foreground, too. The only thing that I think would make it better, would be if the right side of the frame was as "busy" as the left side. Still, it's a pretty cool picture.
