Day 3 into my headcold from hell (doc says it a sinus infection, yahoo!) I'm tracking down the family dog trying to get her to pose. Like all westies, Zoey has a mind of her own.

Canon EOS 300D Digital Rebel ,Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6
Shot in color, then changed to grayscale, cropped and toned in Photoshop. full exif

She's beautiful! I love the post processing you've done here (or is that soft look out of the camera?) Either way it works very well!

Definitely a crop, this actually started as a vertical shot. I was trying to get close and she decided I was close enough. I got one shot off as she got ready to bolt. I shot at 1/8th of second, 800 ASA, F14 at 39 mm. I was about a foot away lying on my tummy.

Great close up.. I like the softness and hint of movement in the shot too. Works great in B/W. Really brings out those beautiful dark eyes.
