Went to see a friend of mine today and he introduced me to his mother
who was sitting by a window reading a "Cover Girl" mag.
I was already getting ready to ask her for a photo
when he told me it was her 87th birthday today.
Her face lit up and she turned her magazine over
when I asked her if I could photograph her on her birthday.
