Jackie stayed with cousin Randall for a couple of days and his niece Shelley and her son visited them. |

On the evening of Sep 18, we went to dinner with Melba and Lyn's kids, Denise and Tracy and their spouses Victor and Treva. Tracy and Treva invited us to visit their new home after dinner. |

Denise brought a picture album that her Dad had gotten in Japan while he was in the Army during the Korean War. Among the pictures was one of Bill and Lyn while they were in Korea. |
The next week, Jackie went to visit Peter, Sidny and Mabell in Texas. When we went down to pick her up, they showed us some of Mabell's many awards, like this one, and some old photos. |

Sunday night the power went out for several hours, but that did not keep Jackie and Steve from working on the latest puzzle--thanks to Girl Scout Mary and her many little headlamps and flashlights. |
