TRIP DAY 9 (Tue, 4/4):

At Villa Lapas, I talked to a fellow birder who had been at Hotel Bougainvillea while we were there. His group went to Arenal, while we went to Drake Bay, before going to Villa Lapas. He told me the deck off the dining room at Arenal had not been dry the whole time they were there. Such was our experience too.
