Two Red-tailed Hawks. WD: The dark one is a Harlan's Hawk. They breed in Alaska and seem to have an inclination to eat Red-winged Blackbirds. Note that your subject has the primaries entirely barred rather than black in the outer portion. This is a classic Harlan's character that isn't necessarily possessed by all Harlan's.
