We decided to avoid paying fees to get into parks, so did not go into Seawolf Park, but found the Texas A&M land mentioned in the 'Great Birding on & from Galveston Island, Texas' brochure. Looking out into Galveston Bay, we saw this fishing boat with Brown Pelicans, Neotropic Cormorants and Laughing Gulls all around looking for samples.
