Jan took us to Orlando Wetlands in the morning and Black Point Drive in the afternoon, with a stop for lunch at Dixie Crossroads in Titusville.

After lunch we drove to Black Point Drive on Merritt Island. 
There were lots of Long-billed Dowitchers and other shorebirds (all in bad light).

Near the end of the drive, we spotted several cars stopped with people standing beside the road with cameras, binoculars and spotting scopes. We thought they might be watching nesting eagles, but it was a Great Horned Owl.
