This particular car is a West Side Lumber Co. flatcar and there are quite a few drawings on the web - a google search of "drawing west side flatcar" returned quite a few drawings and articles. The Carter flats are widely available on the web (again google "drawing carter flatcar").

I would be very interested to know if there has been any drawings produced of the 24' flat cars? I hvae been trying to find plans to produce these cars in Ho scale with no luck and living in australia its a little hard to visit to get scale measurements.
