The stainless bolt screws through the threaded part in the latch, then a big metal washer goes on, then a smaller washer, then the pulley, then a washer then a nylock nut to hold it all together.
black part on left is replacement "guide" from Bus Depot. I had that installed for a bit but the metal roller inside the big latch box on the extreme right was just waay noisy. The plan was to remove the latch assy (after blocking up the rear edge of the door to keep it from falling off when the latch is removed) but it proved complicated so I looked through the parts bins and saw a nylon roller on a ball bearing center so I said "hmmm - looks like it will fit in the rear portion where the black slider guide goes." Turns out it raises the rear of the door by about 1 millimeter. That lifts the noisy metal roller off the track and makes it a bit quieter.
