ROCK AND REBUILD THANKS
The Metro wishes to thank everyone involved in Rock and Rebuild: A Hurricane Katrina Benefit Concert. We are pleased to announce that the event raised over $12,000 for the Hurricane Katrina Relief Campaign of the McCormick Tribune Foundation to benefit non-profit agencies providing short and long-term aid to those affected by Hurricane Katrina. We know that the kindness of the bands who performed, volunteers who worked, fans who donated, and everyone who contributed to the effort will reverberate beyond the walls of Metro that night, but for many years to come as the people of the Gulf Coast region work to rebuild their lives. Thank you!
