I had the best time today with my kids. We bought some fireworks and lit them off. hmm wonder if I could get a video on here. Justin, Zachery and I all burned our fingers. hahaha.. don't use a lighter when lighting fireworks. Use a punk!

Dancers
Kids from the workshop this week. Julie taught ballet (Chandraya's favorite class) and I taught jazz, lyrical and hip hop. These kids were amazing. Quick learners, very receptive and just fun to work with. Great attitudes as well. You all rock!

Tornado Touching Down
Oh my! This was the most exciting day. My daughters and I went top the park to play and we seen a funnel cloud...took a few pictures and went to the news record to give them the pictures and while there we seen a tornado form and touch down in town. It was amazing..got some pictures..thank goodness I have this camera attached to my hip. hahaa..

My friend locked herself out of her car last Sunday so her and I set out for a 5 hour drive back to her hometown to retrieve the spare key..hehe..what a fun day. Terri rocks! This is me taking pictures yet again.

Week 15 #2
I just had to post these next two shots.
Chandraya and I went to Rapid City to help a friend out by performing a ballet duo for the audience at the Cities pageant. When we go there they found out that there was only going to be two girls in the Little Miss division so they would have to cancel if they didn't find anyone else to compete...so they asked Chandraya. Of course she said sure and had the funniest time getting a new dress and new shoes. Getting her hair all dolled up and making new friends with the other contestants. First thing she did was have an interview with 5 judges who asked her questions like "what do you like to do with your mom". She said she was nervous being with them all. Next, she had to answer one question on stage. She did very well with that and also introducing herself. She was very confident on stage and very pretty(of course coming from mom). Next they did a dance for the audience that the Miss Teen had choreographed for them. Of course she did very well at that considering her dance background.
Well after all that hard work and fun learning experience she ended up taking the crown for Little Miss Rushmore. Woohooo..we were all surprised because she has never competed in anything like this. Definitely a fun experience for the two of us and I think we have the bug now.

Week 15
This little guy was caught sitting in a shovel on my back deck during a snow storm. He ran from the tree under the shelter. Look at the snow on him.
The tree branch next to him was from the last storm we had..blew a ton of branches all over my yard and deck.

My daughter and her ballet partner, Jessica. We all packed up and went to a Spotlight competition and these two girls were so amazing! They got on stage and told a story of a little girl who dreamed of becoming a ballerina.

My youngest one. My transmitter to my lighting broke when taking this. It turned out really red and yellowy so I tried using my onboard flash to trigger my lighting. Didn't work to well. grrr..Had to order a new transmitter and receiver.

Zachery's Incision Week 2
He had his operation Jan. 2 and is now recovering just fine. Had a few days that we didn't know how it was going to turn out but the good Lord kept him strong. Thanks all for the prayers!
