Your work whith the DOF is great, Chris.
Guest 01-Jun-2006 21:03
I like this idea, but... I'ts not often I have something negative to say about your images, but with respect may I say the following. I like the composition, but I feel I'd like to see more focus on the hand and newspaper. Also less grain would be more pleasing. This is only my opinion and hope you don't find it offensive.

Another terrific image which could be telling so many different stories... It's up to us, the viewers, to decide...
Guest 16-Mar-2006 21:25
Wonderful picture. Love how the DOF removes the expression so it's easy to imagine so many things here. Could be a casual page turn, a moment of anxiety / anticipation or many other things. Wonderful pov also. Voted

Very well balanced. It is an image that slows down. Voted.

Just another excellent idea of this exceptional shot you made Chris. The contrast of the blurr face and the focus on the hand express well the gesture of reaching the edge of the paper. Gmv.
