10 Aug 2005 - Misty...

If you forget to change the ISO then you have this huge grain!
But that's life.

Canon EOS 20D
1/60s f/5.6 at 27.0mm iso3200 full exif

Definitely not the most photogenic of places and yet you've managed to make a great photo out of it... that's not for everyone!

Wonderful sense of atmosphere here .... I almost expect to see someone walking out of the mist ... :)
Guest 12-Aug-2005 13:37

I often forget to change ISO too.

The graininess adds to the effect. Nice shot.
Chris11-Aug-2005 16:54
The 'huge grain' doesn't detract. It seems to accurately represent the dust already present on scene.
Guest 11-Aug-2005 15:37
It's indeed misty. I think the heavy grain actually contribute to the aesthetics :)
Guest 11-Aug-2005 13:40
Great mood!!
Guest 11-Aug-2005 11:06
almost a surreal shot because of the mist.
Guest 11-Aug-2005 11:00
Even at the high ISO the picture still came out great. I also forget to reset my ISO often.

Glendower10-Aug-2005 19:53
Superb composition - amazing symmetrical balance throughout this image but especially between the light/misty dust in the ceiling and floor.
