organizes parties, or "teas," for little girls.

It doesn't say much about the business they are in. Really kind of confusing. I agree with you about unfortunate.

No tea being sold that I could see, although the store's name would certainly make you think so. I'd put this right toward the top of the odd stuff I've found.

It's either a store that sells dance costumes, or perhaps a studio located right upstairs from the shop. I didn't notice it when I took the photo, but that is definitely one strange little logo.
