I renamed this one "da da boot." To me it represents the antithesis of comfortable or functional footwear. I doubt that it would fulfill even your generous notion of keeping the foot dry, as it would gap so widely at the top. Plus, the suede would be quickly ruined by rain, snow and the salt we use here in such abundance on slippery days.
About as useful as a furlined cup.

Nicely done. As a MM, I'm not about to venture any opinion of the incongruities of the design, except to say it should keep the feet dry!
