It reads:

On October 8th, 2005, the body of a young boy was found in
unincorporated Naperville, Illinois. The body was found inside
a blue canvas laundry bag with white drawstring tape. He was
dressed in a dark blue button down shirt and dark blue pants,
both with the brand name "Faded Glory."

The photograph isn't real; it's a best guess composite. He
was between 3 and 5 years old.
