Ham Hock Bones

Left over from a fine pea soup, carefully cleaned
and degreased. Each of the three white pieces
articulates with one of the browner pieces. The
surfaces are wonderfully complex.

Nice composition and staging with light and background. V
(Whose carps are these?)

I don't know what these metacarps are - mushrooms or vertebre or ?? but you have captured them very beautifully, Suzanne! They could be taken as flowers, too, when looking only at the thumbnail (violets :) ). Fascinating forms and patterns. Big vote!
