I went out to take some lightning shots and after careful consideration, I decided to head out to the Superstitions where it looked like Canyon lake would be a good place to go. There were some flash floods (quite cool to watch BTW) but the lightning had stopped by the time I got out there. The skys were still black as ink in the North when the setting sun broke through and created a stunning display of contrast. The White bright clouds and the black blueish storm in the distant.
