to 12X18 easily. about 20% will go to 16X24. This depends on the level of detail in the image. the more detail the smaller the print. Ahh for a 11 MPixel sensor... Off track got dreaming for a second.
Most of the family pictures will print from 8X10 to 11X14. Lack of tripod and stuff will limit them a bit more.
Let me know which ones. Cost depends on size and if you want it framed already. Framing is the thing that kills you cost wise. The printing is between $15-$40 depending on size/shipping/quality... OFoto is cheap but inconsistent (not to say I have not gotten some good results, but I have had some bad results as well.). Tempe Camera is mid to expensive but I know exactly what I will get back.

The family and I just spent some time looking at your shots and was wondering if we could get you to have a couple printed in a large format to be framed. If this is possible could you tell us the largest sizes available, and an approximate cost. We would really like to have some framed and your beautiful pictures displayed around our house.
