The spring of 2008 is one of the best desert blooms season. I wanted to go to the Picacho State Park to view the flowers and was delighted that we could spend a short afternoon there on our way home to Canada (for my knee surgery-ugh!) On our journey we also got to see the yucca and Joshua trees in bloom, which was a welcomed sight. Enjoy the desert with me.
