The trail / forested area, meadows, and wetlands have unique plants that are cataloged in sub folders. The 1 km trail that winds its way along the creek is dotted with trilliums and other native species. The meadows refers to the 2 areas north of the house that have 12 birdhouses and have housed Trees Swallows and Eastern Bluebirds that return year after year to raise their broods.The wetlands have a variety of native species and are located south of the house and in the northeast corner of the property.
