Orchids in Black and White

My niece asked me a year or more ago for framed prints of flowers in black and white.
I never photographed them for her. I didn't feel the inspiration.
Last week she got married and these orchids were the centerpieces at all the tables.
Aha! Inspiration!
I decided now was a good time to try to photograph flowers in Black and White.
I can't decide which of these might make a good gift.
If anyone has any ideas, I welcome any and all comments, critiques and suggestions.
