happy mother's day to my mother
1929 - 1982

I didn't take this 50 year old shot (I wasn't even born yet), but after some thought
I decided that I wanted to pay tribute to my mother in this photo journal project.

Several years ago when I was first learning photoshop, I played with retouching
and this is what I ended up with.

I still miss you.
