Another view of the "Old Mill" At one point in the late 19th century, this was the
site of the largest lumber mill in the world. Port Blakely lumber was used worldwide.
The mill closed in the early 20th century. The large concrete structure was the
machinery equipment room. Now a Bainbridge Island city park, it is one of
my favorite photography locations.
