In this shot, upperwing does not appear paler than
the mantle of the Slaty-backed Gull to the left.
Underside of P10 is rather black and contrasts
markedly with rest of underwing. This may indicate
influence of Vega Gull, but that taxon does not
usually have such long, uninterrupted pale tongues on P7-9.
