This is an 8 frame stitched image shot at 26mm focal length. Compare to the banner image in my France 2012 Gallery *here*, which is 2 shots stitched at 16mm focal length standing in the same place. I prefer the perspective in the 8 shot version as it more closely reflects the feeling of standing on the edge of the cliff above the river Lot!! Only downside is that the image size from the D800 after stitching 8 shots is 365Mb......
