Perthshire

The early morning mist boils off the surface of the river,
and the frost starts to yield to the warmth of the day.
It was -4 degrees C this morning, but I was glad to have
dragged myself out of bed in time to catch the sun rising!

My favorite, I think, of the three frosty morning photos. A satisfying and balanced composition with that zigzag through the image. They sky and the frost give a real sense of "morning".
