It's really no-ones fault...the ego is desperately trying to impress others...to be free from abandonment...seeking to be special, to be approved, praised, aplauded, recognised...there is one characteristic about the ego...it's incapacity to see it's falseness...this is what we are here for...to transcend the fear of being abandoned, put down, criticize, run down, ridicule, censure...
