The Canon SD1100 has become my all-time favorite point-and-shoot.
As a professional photographer, I generally shoot with a Canon 5D and 1Ds II.
I've owned both the Canon G7 and G9, which are great cameras, as is the G10.
But for a simple way to take great pictures in good to excellent light,
the SD1100 is now my point-and-shoot of choice.

It doesn't give me much control over things like aperture, shutter speed, etc.,
but it does make quick picture-taking simple and almost fool-proof.
The images print beautifully to 11" X 17" and even larger. The camera is smaller than
a deck of playing cards and as thin as an Oreo cookie. Love it.
