It's rare that I've seen squid other than on a plate, and certainly not while snorkeling. This was only the second time that I can remember. So, it being our last day in the islands, after seeing this little guy, I swam to the beach and returned my gear to Snorkel Bob's. Sort of like quitting while one's ahead.
