That's actually a photo of a cosplay of the Japanese musicians Takanori Nishikawa of T.M.Revolution from his TV interview, and Kenichi Ito(one of my favourite musicians), a cosplay of his outfit from the Iceman PV "Edge of the Season".

Man oh man, I really dig that transparent blue coat. I've gotta get myself one 'a those. Transparent colors're so beautiful, aren't they. I love to look at the afternoon,Autumn sun through them.
